It was fun to hear you finally talk about your TWD zombie experience, Jason. :) FYI, the farm and studio are about 40 minutes south of Atlanta.
Other thoughts… The zombie extras do actually eat with the cast and crew, if there are only a small number of them. The feel of working when there are only a few zombie extras is really much different than that crazy fun week we worked together. They still do tend to segregate themselves at a different table, knowing that it’s not really great for most people’s appetites to sit next to someone with rotting flesh and huge bloody wounds. :) Also, the prosthetic makeup takes around 1 hr 15 – 1 hr 30 min (unless it’s really elaborate) and about 20-30 min to remove it.
Yeah, it was good to finally talk about it :) It’s been so long (9 months ago already) I forgot some of those details. Feel free to clear anything else up.
